PureHeart2Good-heartedness
  Overall Meaning: Meaning of good-heartedness:

Salamah linguistically: It is the root sin, lam, and mim revolves around wellness and good health. Salamah is wellbeing, and that man is free from disability and harm. Maqayis al-Lughah, Ibn Faris (3/90), Lisan al-`Arab, Ibn Manzur (12/289).
Sadr linguistically: It is the forefront of all things. All that confronts one is sadr. The sadr of a channel is its highest point, and the sadr of a matter is its beginning. al-`Ayn, al-Khalil (7/94); al-Muhkam, Ibn Sidah (8/282); al-Mu`jam al-Wasit, the Academy of the Arabic Language (1/509).

The 'heart', in Quran is vocabulary, is not just a piece of flesh in your body, but it is the centre of all your feelings, emotions, motives, drives, aspirations, remembrance and attention. It is the heart which softens

Quran Surah Az Zumar 39: verse 23,

Allah has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide. (23)

heart2345And Allah said in the Quran:Surah Qaf verse 37

“Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind]. (37)” ( 50:37 )

And said:Surah Qaf V.31 -33

And Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far, (31) [It will be said], "This is what you were promised - for every returner [to Allah] and keeper [of His covenant] (32) Who feared the Most Merciful unseen and came with a heart returning [in repentance]. (33).” ( 50: 31 -33)

Therefore, the above verses make it explicit that health of a person is related to his heart's condition and his eternal salvation depends upon his return to God-Almighty with a pure and humble heart. On the other side the Holy Qur’an introduces some examples of hearts which are sick as follows:Surah Al Baqara V.10

 Guidanceheart22 is in the heart.

Allah-Almighty said:Surah Taghabun V.11

“And whosoever believeth in Allah, He guideth his heart. And Allah is knower of all things.” (64:11 )

And Allah said:Surah Qaf V.37

“Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind]. ( 50: 37 )

Negligence  is also in the heart

Allah-Almighty said:Surah Al Khaf V.28

“And obey not him whose heart we have made heedless of Our Remembrance, who followeth his own lust.” ( 18:28 )
